Processing Time: Once the order is received, we will contact you to get any additional information such as jersey numbers, logos, names, sizes. specific colors etc… After collecting the information we will place the order.  The factory will send us layout artwork for one final art check.  Once this is approved there can be no changes to the order.  This process will take 1 to 3 days.
  2. Shipping Method: We offer direct shipping to your home or office for your convenience. This means that your order will be shipped directly to the address provided during the checkout process.
  3. Delivery Time: After the processing period, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the time of art approval and payment or school PO.
  4. Minimum Order Timeframe: For orders that are below our minimum order requirement, additional time may be required to combine them with another customer order. This is done to avoid or reduce any additional small order shipping fees that may apply. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is placed. Small orders sometimes need to be shipped directly to you and in this case there will be a shipping fee.
  5. Shipping Fees: Orders over 12 items ship for free. Orders under 12 items may have a shipping fee depending on the items size, weight, location, and qty.  We will provide you with the shipping fee estimate before placing the order.
  6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, if available. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival time.
