- Delivery: Most orders arrive in 3 weeks or less from the time of final approval.
- Returns: Customized items are made just for you, they are not returnable. *Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Contact us to purchase a sample pack if exact colors are needed.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time during the design and info gathering process. Once we are given the go ahead, we will start production. Once production has started, there are no cancellations or changes.
